The 2014 BMW X5 makes its world debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show wearing a beautiful Alpine White exterior paint. It is now the highest offering in the X5 family. Aside from the emphasized design lines, it has modified front and rear aprons, larger wheels, Ferric Grey colored mirrors, a 3.0-liter displacement with three turbochargers delivering 280 kW /381 hp and a peak torque of 740 Newton metres (546 lb-ft). 0 to 100 km/h is achieved in 5.3 seconds. The engine is matted to an eight-speed automatic transmission and BMW xDrive all-wheel drive.

As standard features, the new BMW X5 M50d includes Adaptive M suspension, Dynamic Damper Control, air suspension at the rear axle, Electric Power Steering, 19-inch M light-alloy wheels in double-spoke design fitted with mixed tires.
