At 2017 Geneva Motor Show, we’re about to see the new versions of the BMW i8 – special editions. Three years ago when it first launched, the i8 was available in three exterior colors – Crystal White, Ionic Silver, and Sophisto Grey. In the meantime, Bavarians added Protonic Red and Protonic Blue to the color choice, while the BMW Individual offered more options in selected markets for a certain price.
And now, we’re about to see the i8 in two new outfits – the Protonic Frozen Black Edition and Protonic Frozen Yellow.
BMW sold a total of 3,752 units of the i8 in 2016. By the end of this year, a high-performance i8 will probably have its debut as well.
