A mid-cycle refresh of the 1 Series coupe and cabriolet are now on its way. These photos show the upcoming BMW 1 Series Life Cycle Impulse (LCI) in Vermillion Red. This car is expected to be revealed in December 2010 when the BMW 1 Series M Coupe will also be unveiled.
On these photos, we could see that the refreshed 1 Series ActiveE LCI has new front and rear bumpers. The new front bumper includes redesigned aerodynamic/brake intakes. Horizontal black plastic bands makes the bumpers look more flowing. New LED headlights are also included together with a new set of rear lights similar to the 3-Series Coupe LCI.
