BMW M5’s V10 powering new Wiesmann GT MF 5

Wiesmann confirmed the fact that its new GT MF 5 coupe will be presented at the Frankfurt Motor Showm in September. The supercar will receive a major update in top being the new powerplant from Bmw, the V10 delivering 507 bhp found in the M5 and M6.

With this engine Wiesmann is a truly supercar. Due to its small weight of only 1,250kg the coupe will do the sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 4.6 seconds and top speed of 280km/h. The production os programmed to start by the middle of 2008.
