2015 BMW M3/M4 clocks in at 7:50 minutes in Nurburgring

Auto Motor und Sport reports that the new 2015 BMW M3 and M4 have run the famous Nurburgring Nordscheleife in 7:50 minutes. This is the same time reported for the M3 CSL. By comparison, the E92 BMW M3 ran the same circuit in 8:05 minutes and the 1M in 8:12 minutes. This is 10 seconds faster than the E46 M3, and faster than the E60 M5, Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG or the Porsche Cayman S.
