2016 Consumer Reports rankings on Best Car Brand are published!
BMW ranked as fifth on the list published by Consumer rankings. The way this list is made is interesting, as it involves more subjective than objective factors, therefore reflecting the situation from just one angle.
Still, it’s fun to see lists like that from time to time. In fact, there are some interesting things going on here.
The first three places are held by Audi, Subaru, and Lexus, BMW is fifth though the result between them and Porsche in the fourth place is pretty tied.
As you can see in the table, BMW had a better road-test score than Porsche, but still ended up 5th.
It might be surprising to see MINI ranked better than Mercedes-Benz and Chevrolet, but it’s holding the 13th place.
