The new BMW M550i xDrive model has already dropped in Europe (much to the rest of the world’s envy). Enthusiasts around the world are excited for this car because it is the first ever M Performance 5 Series that is fitted with almost everything we could wish for. Let’s start with the exhaust sound. Hear what it sounds like in real life, on this video:

This short video is enough for us to know that the M550i is not quiet. Just from what we have here, it sounds even better than the outgoing F10 M5 with its standard exhaust — which is quite surprising.

The new G30 M Performance model is also faster in a straight line than the M car, doing 0-60 mph in just 4 seconds. This is achieved through the xDrive all-wheel drive system and slight power increase.
