The other recommended car is the BM E38 759iL. It virtually uses the same engine as the 8 Series mentioned here. The 8er is a classic car with many perks and positive aspects. However, the car is undeniably two decades old, and while it may be tempting to get a car at a lower price and still have a V12, additional caution is required.
