Spy Photo – F30 BMW 3 Series Hybrid at Nurburgring

When the F30 hybrid was spotted back in February, it still wore a lot of camouflage which made it impossible to see more details of the car. These recent spy photos shows a prototype with less camouflage as it hits the Nurburgring for track testing. The “Rescue” stickers on its doors and rear bumper gives away that this is a hybrid.

The F30 3-series will be the first 3-series hybrid from BMW and will adopt much of the technology from the upcoming hybrid F10 5-series which will be launched by the end of the year. The F30 hybrid will be released some time after the diesel and petrol F30 models are released next year.
