Alpina released a teaser of the upcoming B5 BiTurbo model based on the new generation F10 5 Series last month. The F10 ALPINA B5 BiTurbo will be unveiled at the UK Goodwood Festival of Speed, but these photos have already leaked on the internet!
Based on these photos, we can see that the B5 enhances shows a more aggressive look by giving its own treatment to the 5 Series. It also offers excellent performance, luxury, elegant styling, sporty handling and the exclusivity that Alpina is known for.
The B5 will carry a V8 engine that was also present in the Alpina B7. By carrying the N63 internal designation, the power output is at 507 hp and the torque will be at 700 Nm maximum. 191 mph is the top speed and the can can run dash in only 4.7 seconds. A modified version of ZF’s eight-speed automatic gearbox is used to matte the powerplant.
Alpina boasts that the B5 will be fuel efficient and will have less carbon emissions.
