New BMW 5 Series Model Sold Out, buyers to wait months for delivery

BMW’s revamped 5 Series sedan is now sold out in all markets. Thus, customers who bought this needs to wait a couple of months for deliveries.

BMW’s sales chief Ian Robertson says that the continuous sales increase of BMW and Mini are in line with their second-quarter goals, following a good first-quarter sales. In the US, it is priced at $44,550. This is enormously lower that the price of the 7 series at $70,150. Well of course given that the 7 Series is a bigger car. But not everybody needs a car as big as that. The new 5 Series provides a smaller choice, with the same luxury.
