BMW X5 3.0 Diesel Tuning by Superchips

Superchips , a tuner based in the UK, got their hands on the BMW X5 3.0D and gave it an ECU remapping to boost its performance. The result is pretty amazing.

After extensive road and dyno testing, the stock 3-litre 264 bhp diesel engine offered increased engine performance and surprisingly, increased fuel efficiency. The boost gave the Superchips BMW X5 3.0D an upgrade of 44 bhp, for a total of 313 bhp. The torque also increased by 90 Nm, for a total of 627 Nm. Top speed is 155 mph.

This ECU remapping by Superchips costs 445 British Pounds, including VAT and installation.
