The 2023 BMW 3 Series gets a revised colour palette along with a design refresh. However, these updates vary from country to country. But if we focus on the UK market, the 3 Series Facelift selection now includes different shades. These include Skyscraper Grey metallic and Brooklyn Grey metallic for M Sport variants. This includes the M340i M Performance model. Of course, the BMW Individual catalogue is there for you if that isn’t enough.
There are roughly 150 more BMW Individual unique paint options for the 2023 BMW 3 Series. Two are the BMW Individuals in Frozen Pure Grey Metallic and Frozen Tanzanite Blue Metallic. The photo above allows us to glimpse the Frozen Tanzanite Blue 2023 BMW M340i xDrive. Under the sun, the gorgeous matte paint job can change from a very dark and muted blue to a lighter one. Tanzanite Blue has always been a distinctive and alluring colour for any BMW, even when it isn’t “frozen” in any way.
Additionally, this specific BMW M340i Facelift has a massive central air intake with hexagonal shapes and a honeycomb pattern. The front intake is flanked by two sizable air vents. Meanwhile, the M High-gloss Shadowline option adds a Black kidney grille surround. The 3 Series series now features adaptive LED headlights with blue highlights instead of the pricey but helpful laser lights.
The 2023 BMW 3 Series receives several interior updates as part of the Facelift. The inside of the 3 Series Facelift is almost identical to that of the BMW i4. This is because of the dual infotainment screen configuration and the new iDrive 8 integration. Added to the list are the most recent digital instruments from BMW. After seeing it on the iX and i4, most BMW enthusiasts are now accustomed to the iDrive 8’s appearance and layout.
The 3.0-litre six-cylinder B58 engine powering the BMW M340i vehicles in the UK produces 374 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. Based on the RWD vs xDrive setup, the top speed is restricted to 155 mph. Meanwhile, the 0 to 62 mph duration is quoted at 4.4 to 4.6 seconds. The starting price is 54,805 GBP.
