The BMW i8 Protonic Frozen Black was introduced at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show. This special hybrid sports car has a beautiful matte lacquer paint and glossy black Black Belt on the wing door. The combination is something that will definitely please a crowd.

The BMW i8 Protonic Frozen Black Edition is limited not in the number of units but in a more theoretical limitation. The production will begin in April 2017.

The model showcased in Geneva is based on the 20-inch light-alloy wheels W-spoke 470, carries the laser light headlights and the powertrain with a front electric motor and three-cylinder petrol in the rear. The total power output is 362 hp and a 0-100 achieved in 4.4 seconds. Top speed is limited to 250 km/h. With a 37-kilometer electrical range, it is also possible to push the EU standard consumption to 2.1 liters per 100 kilometers.
