The BMW 5 Series Touring G31 has proven to be the amazing mix of a sporty and comfortable car. As the time goes by, it only gets more attention. The Dahler team, for example, has decided to release a full kit for tuning this model. They paid the most attention to the 540i, the only petrol 6-cylinder version from this range.

After their work, the 540i can get quite more power. The Stage 1 kit includes 380 HP and 560 Nm of torque. The Stage 2 kit provides 400 HP and 580 Nm of torque, very close to what M3/M4’s S55 can offer. The tuner will be also working on tuning kits for diesel-powered models.

This upgrade isn’t primarily focused on the visuals. The car does look a bit lower thanks to the sports suspension and there are some new wheels and exhaust tips, but the focus was on the power output.
