A BMW X6 xDrive35i with the X6M bodykit caught testing?

A confusing X6 test prototype was spotted in South Carolina near the Spartanburg factory. This may look like an ordinary X6 with and M-body kit at first glance, but in reality it reveals a lot of confusing details. This X6 seems to be the xDrive35i model with the dual-exhaust setup, branding on the sides, and standard wheels. But it also has some aerodynamic and branding elements from the X6M. This sports a an aggressive bumper up-front with huge air intakes. The M look is accentuated by the side gills. The X6M badge at the trunk makes it even more confusing.
