A 2012 BMW M5 was spotted at the M division Research & Development center that perfectly shows off the M5 production wheels in silver finish. Previous test mules have only worn wheels in black finish until now. This vehicle will be powered by a better version of the S63 V8 twin turbo motor from the X5M/X6M delivering around 585-600 horsepower. The 2012 M5 is expected to make its world public debut at the 2011 Frankfurt IAA autoshow in September 2011.
