This special BMW F10 is being used as a response vehicle for emergency physicians of the German Red Cross. Most of the time, emergency incidents gets assigned with an ambulance. But at times, the ambulance comes with an emergency physician which uses this car to respond to the scene. Of course this depends on the level of medical response needed in the incident.
