Hatchback M3 Gran Turismo rumored to replace next BMW M3 Sedan

Roundel gives out rumors that the BMW M3 Sedan will be replaced by an M3 Gran Turismo. This vehicle is said to follow the same principle as the 5 Series GT. The inspiration for this is creating an M3 Gran Turismo vehicle that would be able to go directly against the likes of RS4 Avant or Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG T-Modell.

As of the moment, this rumor still cannot be confirmed. Here is a possible rendering of the M3 Gran Turismo, which we think is a bit unrealistic:
