BMW Van-like Concept Rumored for Paris Motor Show Unveiling

The 2012 Paris Auto Show is just around the corner and the latest rumor revolves around a BMW Van Concept being unveiled at the show. Though this may sound like a crazy idea, recent reports add more fuel to the fire.

German magazine Auto Motor und Sport featured a rendering of the Van-like vehicle called the Advanced Family Sports Activity Tourer.  This vehicle is built on the idea of mixing the space and flexibility of an MPV with the solidity of an SAV and the shape of a larger Touring model, with the same car-like appearance. This vehicle is said to deliver enough luggage and passenger space, flexibility and driving dynamics — characteristics that most people need to consider when buying a vehicle.

Please take this rumor with a grain of salt. BMW has not confirmed such a vehicle so far.
