Auto Moto, a French magazine, features a rendering of the 2012 F30 3 Series sedan in their current cover. This rendering is based on the BMW F10 5 Series, F07 5 Series GT, F01 7 Series, and E89 Z4 design cues.

The BMW F30 3 Series is expected to make its debut appearance in 2012, probably at the Geneva Auto Show.
