BMW-335d-xDrive-F30-priceLater this year, a new top-of-the-range diesel model for the BMW 3 Series also featuring BMW xDrive will launch in the market: the BMW 335d xDrive. This car is powered by a straight six cylinder diesel engine delivering 313 hp and 630 Nm of torque. Its curb weight is 1630 kg and the power-to-weight ratio is 5.2 kilograms per hp.

Upon release in the European market, the BMW 335d xDrive will have a base price of 49,900 Euros inclusive of a standard eight-speed ZF automatic transmission and the intelligent all-wheel drive system. The new twin-turbo diesel is only 2,650 euros more expensive than a BMW 330d xDrive while the 335i xDrive with a 306-hp twin-turbo gasoline engine and automatic transmission costs 1,300 euros less.

The twin-turbo diesel accelerates from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 4.8 seconds with a standard fuel consumption of 5.4 liters per 100 km (43.5 mpg).
