Autogespot has spotted the F10 Alpina B5 biturbo sedan on the streets. This is a tuned up version of the BMW F10, producing an impressive 507bhp and 516lb/ft of torque. The car accelerates from 0-62mph in 4.7 seconds. Top speed is 191mph.
