G-Power is well known for making BMW cars extra fast. Some say that the BMW M3 sedan is quite lacking in torque, and this German tuner just delivered a solution. They were able to build a host of supercharger kits and added that to the E9x platform. The V8 engine then gets to work the way some would prefer it to be. The result is an inner beast unleashed!
G-Power M3 SKII Clubsport is merely a mid-level tune for the M3 but it is very powerful. It takes the stock 420 horsepower and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque and improves that to a whopping 630 horsepower and 590 Nm (435 lb-ft) of torque.
The German tuner was able to achieve this by creating their very own supercharger setup. They will also provide the ASA T1-523 supercharger if the SK II CS kit is purchased along with 8 new spark plugs, new ECU map, 8 new injector nozzles with increased flow rates, new fuel-pump system and a forced removal of the speed limiter. That’s the only way for the car to exceed the 186 mph mark.
Sounds too good to be true? Well this video proves that G-Power delivers the performance it promises:
It is madness! The sedan just gives an incredible performance with a top speed of about 340 km/h (about 211 mph) and it does that without even having a hard time. In fact, the threshold was reached in less than 30 seconds.
The improvements come with a price tag though, and it is quite expensive. The SKII supercharger system alone costs 9,940 Euros, without installation expenses. The exhaust system will also need to be changed for this to work. Overall, around 5,000 Euros extra will be spent on the exhausts. That would be a total of 15,000 Euros to get this level of performance on top of what you’ll already pay for the M3.
