The G29 BMW Z4 is to replace the current E89 model next year. As previously reported, it’s going to be built alongside Toyota Supra as an act of joined efforts of Germans and Japanese.

With more and more spy photos appearing recently, it seems like BMW wants to tease us on purpose. It’s clear that there’s a lot of hype around this model as the launch date is approaching.

We can see only so little underneath all this camouflage. For now, we notice the aggressive headlights and the same back proportions as the current model. There are dual exhaust pipes which reveal that the model we’re seeing today is the M40i version with B58 turbocharged 3.0-liter I6 engine.
