G-Power presents BMW M8 Gran Coupe rating at 808 HP

When it comes to remarkably powerful builds, the guys from G-Power dominate this lineup. Over the years, they transformed atmospheric engine vehicles into proper monsters using forced induction. Now, with the rise in turbocharged engines, their job became a lot easier and more vigorous over time. For one, there are the BMW F9x M cars, which appear to be easy prey for them, proving time and again. As for their latest projects, there’s the BMW M8 Gran Coupe rating at 808 HP.

This comes as a Stage 3 upgrade, as expected, considering its power output. And the team exchanged several hardware pieces to avoid the S63 engine under the hood from blowing up. The 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 comes with a new ECU map, new turbochargers, a new exhaust system, and a better cooling system to match the upgrade. As a result, the vehicle rates at 820 PS (808 HP) and 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque.

Certainly, we don’t expect everyone to appreciate this level of performance. That’s why those who want to upgrade their M8 without going over 800 HP can opt for Stage 1 and Stage 2 upgrade. Stage 1 offers up to 710 PS and 850 Nm (627 lb-ft) of torque, while Stage increases the rate up to 770 PS and 930 Nm (686 lb-ft) of torque. And for your information, only Stage 1 is done based on a software upgrade only.

For the specific Stage 3 upgrade, you’ll approximately dish out 16,400 Euros for the parts, excluding the installation. In this gallery we’ll show you, the vehicle comes in a G-Power’s 21-inch forged wheels, a custom carbon fiber hood, and a different exhaust with a so-called GP-Deeptone feature and carbon-fiber tailpipes. Those additional options result in over 200,000 Euros, just for this particular vehicle. It definitely goes to the higher price vehicles but if you can dominate supercars with this M8 Gran Coupe – that seems worth it.
