MINI Countryman Coupe Rumored to be launched in 2013

Learning Spanish Like Crazy. t=”200″ />Autocar reports that Mini is currently working on a Sports Activity Coupe, based on a Countryman coupe concept that is currently in its design stages. Sources say that the inspiration for this Mini Sports Activity Coupe concept is the success of the BMW X6. The BMW X6 opened the door for unusual off-road coupe vehicles.

The Mini Sports Activity Coupe concept may also be an answer to the debut of Land Rover Evoque which has a coupe-like styling theme.

Rumor has it that the MINI Coupe based on Countryman can be launched in 2013. It would feature a four-door style with rear suicide doors on both sides of the car and no B-pillars. It would have shorter rear overhangs than the Countryman, a sloping roofline and shorter side windows.
