An odd offering in the BMW Accessories Catalog is the official BMW LED Door Projector which was first introduced with the new 2 Series Convertible. The official images showed the BMW Roundel being projected onto the ground as you open the door. But it turns out that the projected image can be changed. A Bimmertoday reader installed one of those LED projectors and managed to change the image to the ///M logo. The projector uses the standard door entry light which illuminates upon opening the door.
