Will BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe be Front-Wheel Drive?

It’s been announced that in 2019 the 1 Series and 2 Series will become one and produce new versions of beloved cars. Unfortunately, some of the current models won’t be produced anymore. However, we have plenty to looks foward too, such as a 2 Series Gran Coupe, a four-door coupe and a direct competitor to the Mercedes-Benz CLA.

2 series

It’s been rumored that the model will run on a rear-wheel drive platform, but some believe that it will be based on BMW 1 Series Sedan and have a front-wheel drive architecture.

An unofficial source claims BMW opted for the second choice – the front-wheel drive.
