New Rendering of the BMW 1 Series Sedan

The new rendering of the future BMW 1 Series Sedan is here.

As you can see on the image, the new Sedan is likely to have LED headlights, integrated foglights, a front fascia with a production-ready bumper, and calmer kidney grille.

For now, this model is built under the code name F52. It’s going to be the competition for the Audi A3 Sedan and Mercedes-Benz CLA. Just like the X1, 2 Series Active Tourer, and Gran Tourer, the new 1 Series Sedan will have a front-wheel drive platform.

It will come with 3 and 4 cylinder inline direct-injection petrol and diesel engines. The gearbox options will be six-speed manual and eight-speed Steptronic.

The debut is planned for 2017.
