At first glance, this BMW M4 looks a lot like the iconic M3 GTS. That’s really the inspiration that 3D Design used to tune this vehicle. The car is really striking, with its BMW Individual Fire Orange color. Check out the tuning components added, on these photos:
3D Design added a new carbon fiber splitter at the front, paired with a carbon fiber bumper and diffuser on the rear, an oversized racing wing, and other carbon fiber inserts that is dispensed throughout the body of the M4 Coupe.
The M4 carbon fiber bumpers are extremely durable. They are made by an “infusion†method and 2×2 weave carbon. This is very similar to the Dry carbon method. Thus, it is extremely strong and lightweight. The rear wing is made with the Dry Carbon method.
What’s really reminiscent of the current BMW M4 GTS is the modified bonnet with additional vent. Aside from adding the X factor to the looks, it actually ensures a lower temperature in the engine compartment.
Accentuating the Fire Orange color are the matching side skirts, black kidney grille and black wheels, rear spoiler lip made of carbon fiber, and more.
The 3D design aerodynamic parts featured here can be purchased from Carbon Fiber Dynamics in Europe. However, they’re quite pricey. The front and the rear bumper alone cost more than 7,000 euros, and the carbon-fiber rear wing is around 4,500 euros.
