Look: AC Schnitzer’s Forged Wheels Enhance BMW M Performance

AC Schnitzer, a renowned specialist in BMW, MINI, and Toyota mods, introduces a game-changing set of forged wheels for select M models. Crafted for the M3 G80 Sedan, M3 G81 Touring, M4 G82 Coupe, and M4 G83 Convertible, the AC4 set combines 20-inch front wheels and 21-inch rear wheels.

With a weight reduction of 25% to 35% compared to cast wheels, AC Schnitzer’s forged wheels are true performers. The front wheel weighs a mere 11.8 kilograms (26 pounds), while the slightly larger rear wheel is just 12.8 kilograms (28.2 pounds).

M5 F90 owners and M8 model enthusiasts (F91 Convertible, F92 Coupe, F93 Gran Coupe) can also enjoy AC Schnitzer’s 21-inch forged wheels for both front and rear. Weighing 12.8 kilograms (28.2 pounds), they feature a Techgold finish, inspired by helicopter rotor blades, and a pentagonal hub cap reminiscent of AC Schnitzer’s history.

BMW follows suit with the M2 G87 and the iconic 3.0 CSL, offering centerlock wheels for a race car vibe. This unique feature is set to extend to other M models, expanding customization options. Additionally, BMW now offers massive 23-inch wheels for luxury models and even provides a 21-inch set in the M Performance Parts catalog for the compact X1, showcasing the fusion of performance and aesthetics in modern automotive trends.
