The second generation of the famous business saloon, the BMW E28 5 Series, is still adored today. It was produced from 1981 to 1988 and was packed with plenty of innovations such as ABS, center console angled towards the driver, and a diesel engine option (for the first time in a 5 Series car).

And while the car still looks amazing, there aren’t many E28’s on the streets anymore. The owner of the vehicle we see today is determined to change that by showing how interesting it can look with a few aftermarket add-ons.

Thanks to Boden Autohaus, this E28 now features AC Schnitzer wheels and AccuAir air suspension system. Browse the gallery below to see more pictures of the build.
