MINI has once again proven its dedication to safety, with both the new MINI Cooper three-door and the MINI Aceman securing the maximum five-star score in the latest Euro NCAP crash tests. This recognition confirms that the new generation of MINIs combines style and driving enjoyment with uncompromising protection for occupants and pedestrians alike.

The five-star rating reflects the strong overall results in every category. The MINI Cooper delivered high marks for occupant and child safety, while also demonstrating effective pedestrian protection and advanced assistance features. The MINI Aceman went even further, achieving particularly impressive scores in child safety as well as solid performance across all other areas.
The achievement is not limited to a single version, as every variant of the Cooper and Aceman – from the Cooper C and S to the John Cooper Works, and from the Aceman E to the Aceman SE and JCW – meets the same top standards. Together with the previously awarded MINI Countryman and all-electric Cooper, four members of the new MINI family now proudly carry the highest safety recognition in Europe.
Euro NCAP ratings are widely regarded as the benchmark for crash protection and active safety technology, and the five-star results underline MINI’s ongoing commitment to building cars that are not only desirable but also secure for drivers, passengers, and those sharing the road.
