MINI Countryman S JCW Trim Dominates Iceland’s Landscape

MINI showcased the Countryman S ALL4 in challenging conditions against Iceland’s stunning natural landscapes. The photos feature the MINI Countryman amidst sub-zero temperatures and snow-covered roads. The vehicle stands out impressively, particularly in its John Cooper Works Trim.

The John Cooper Works Trim gives the car a distinct motorsport character. The bold Chili Red colour, contrasting roof, and glossy black side mirrors create an eye-catching presence. Minimalist design elements like the John Cooper Works emblem and striking two-stripe LED headlamps enhance the dynamic appearance.

The MINI Countryman S ALL4’s interior blends toughness with elegance. It accommodates five people comfortably with its spacious trunk and adjustable back seats. A panoramic glass roof brightens the interior, while JCW Trim-specific seats provide support and comfort.

The car retains its four-cylinder engines, including the potent B48 2.0-litre dual-power turbo engine with 360 Nm of torque and 160 kW/218 horsepower. Additionally, a 48V mild hybrid system in the transmission improves fuel efficiency and provides extra power.

Given Iceland’s challenging winter terrain, MINI’s choice to test the crossover’s capability in such conditions is logical. Soon, the MINI Countryman will be open for initial press drives, and we eagerly anticipate sharing our ride impressions.
