New BMW X5 and X6 Unveiled for 2024

The BMW X5 and X6 for 2024 have been revealed, and they boast many new features, technology, and design updates. These new models will debut at the Amelia Concour d’Elegance in May, with production starting in April 2023.

The BMW X5 M60i and X6 M60i are powered by a BMW M-tuned twin-turbocharged V8 engine, the S68. This engine has a rich motorsport heritage and is similar to the one in the X7 M60i and the upcoming XM, producing 523 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque. This power translates to a 0-60 mph time of around 4.2 seconds in the X5 M60i and X6 M60i.

The exterior of the two vehicles is updated with M exterior mirror caps, a quad-tipped exhaust system, an M Sport exhaust, and a gloss black spoiler on the X6 M60i. Their kidney grille features double slats and the M logo. There are also new paint colours available: Blue Ridge Mountain, Brooklyn Grey, Skyscraper Grey, and Frozen Pure Grey. Marina Bay Blue is available for the X5 M60i and Isle of Man Green for the X6 M60i.

The interior of the 2024 X5 and X6 models feature a Sensafin-finished dashboard and a sleek ambient light bar. At the heart of the interior lies the innovative BMW Curved Display, accompanied by new, welcoming animations inside and out. The X5 M60i and X6 M60i boast comfortable ventilated multi-contour seats, responsive Integral Active Steering, and a top-of-the-line Harman Kardon audio system. Additionally, these vehicles offer exceptional connectivity, including the convenience of remote engine start and a standard head-up display.
