Notably, newcomers Charles Weerts and Raffaele Marciello seized this opportunity to familiarize themselves with the BMW M4 GT3’s handling. They navigated one of the world’s most challenging circuits, gaining crucial insights. They specifically explored how the car’s advanced traction control systems interact with the newly introduced tyre compounds.

Team principals Hans-Peter Naundorf of ROWE Racing and Stefan Reinhold of RMG reflected on the weekend’s technical adjustments. They optimised the BMW M4 GT3’s chassis dynamics and powertrain efficiency. These changes were crucial for meeting the demands of endurance racing. The adjustments helped overcome track adversities, ensuring consistently high vehicle performance.

Looking ahead to the 24 Hours of Nürburgring, the BMW teams are well-prepared. They plan to leverage their technical enhancements and strategic insights.
