BMW M Motorsport revs up for FIA World Endurance Championship (FIA WEC) 2024, showcasing a formidable lineup of BMW M works drivers in the Hypercar class. Dries Vanthoor, Sheldon van der Linde, Raffaele Marciello, Marco Wittmann, Robin Frijns, and René Rast take the wheel of the potent BMW M Hybrid V8s, managed by BMW M Team WRT.

#15 features Vanthoor, Marciello, and Wittmann, while #20 sees Van der Linde, Frijns, and Rast. These pairings cement BMW’s presence in the Hypercar class, leveraging each driver’s unique skills and experiences.

In the #15, Marciello, recent from Mercedes, teams up with Wittmann, transitioning from the IMSA SportsCar Championship. On the #20, the trio of Rast, Frijns, and Van der Linde, former Audi drivers, promise a blend of speed and experience from racing WRT’s LMP2 machinery.

Rast and Frijns, familiar faces with WRT, continue their BMW journey post-switch in 2022 and 2023.
