MINI USA released a new commercial featuring new MINI John Cooper Works Coupe. Created in the usual funky and hipster way of MINI, the video ad comes as a challenge posed by the company to MINI fans: Describe The Best Test Drive Ever. Period. In just six words.

From thousands of entries only one rose to the top, and MINI made it a reality. Mathew Foster’s entry was picked as #1 in The Best Test Drive Ever. Period.

Mathew’s six word entry: STEWARDESS, SALT FLATS, PARATROOPERS, SUSHI, FALCONER.

The MINI Coupe JCW is powered by a 1.6 liter four-cylinder petrol engine with twin-scroll turbocharger and direct injection, plus numerous technological details carried over directly from motor sport. The engine outputs 155 kW/211 hp at 6,000 rpm, has maximum torque of 260 Nm/192 lb-ft at 1,850 – 5,600 rpm (280 Nm/207 lb-ft with Overboost at 1,700 – 4,500 rpm). Acceleration from 0–100 km/h (62 mph) comes in 6.4 seconds, with a top speed of 240 km/h (149 mph).
