[Video] Getting an exclusive closer look at BMW 4 Series

In just a few months, dealers will be able to get an access on the new BMW 4 Series. So, customers can finally buy out the second generation of the sports coupe. And until the first press drives, BMW gathered several informational videos that highlights the 4 Series’ qualities, to keep us entertained.

Earlier this week, the most recent one was already published on YouTube showcasing the car from all angles. A closer look to the interior design was also included. The M440i model was used in the video and looking at the huge set of grilles upfront means it has a special design.

As you’ve seen, the new 4 Series comes with probably one of the largest grilles ever mounted on a BMW. Although, it will not be the same for all 4 Series models. A mesh design for the grilles will be mounted on the M Performance M440i, just like in any other M Performance model – beginning to M135i until the Z4 M40i.

Personally, this particular design looks a lot better compare to non-M Performance models. While simple bars like those in regular 4 Series models are lacking presence. Some issues arise with the mesh-style ones too- like the radar and parking sensors being visible from behind the grilles. Nonetheless, they’re still champions in comparison. All we have to do now is wait for what more 4 Series has in store.
