Check out BMW M cars’ Ultimate Driving Experience in Chicago

This August 25-27, thrill-seekers are invited by BMW Centers in the Chicagoland area to Autobahn Country Club to experience the evolution of BMW. The BMW Ultimate Driving Experience is an exciting opportunity for BMW enthusiasts to learn more about the brand and try out vehicles they would not have tried otherwise. This year’s edition differs from previous ones in highlighting BMW’s new electric vehicles; hence, the title “Ultimate Driving Experience Evolved.” Still, you can get behind the wheel of a fantastic M vehicle right now. The best part is that it’s free of charge!

There are three different types of driving competitions at the Ultimate Driving Experience. The latter is self-explanatory; it entails taking BMW’s latest electric flagship, the BMW iX, for a spin around town. You can take a few of BMW’s newest models out for a spin (M440i Gran Coupe, M550i, X4 M40i, X5 M50i, and the X7 M50i).

The other two activities top this one in terms of fun. The Autocross competition is a great place to begin. The course is tiny, narrow, and complex, requiring precise steering and pinpoint braking like other autocross races. At the Autocross competition, you can drive a BMW i4 M50, a fun automobile with 536 horsepower. Most Autocross events are timed and can get intensely competitive, ensuring a good experience for all participants.

Separately, there will be a lead-follow track session. The new BMW M3, M4, M5, M8, X4 M, and X5 M are only some vehicles eligible for the lead-follow event. You will be instructed by an instructor on the radio as you trail behind them in a lead-follow track session. As the instructor guides you through each corner, it’s a terrific method to push a car around the track safely, but it also helps you become a better driver overall. Track newbies benefit greatly from lead-follow sessions since they allow them to relax and have fun in the car. It’s great that BMW provides this free of charge to car enthusiasts, as it’s often their only chance to get behind the wheel of a brand new BMW, especially an M model.
