Now that the revival of the BMW 8 Series badge is confirmed and the concept BMW unveiled at this year’s Villa d’Este, enthusiasts can’t help but dream about what could be next to this beautiful model with big grills, wide air intakes and powerful curves. The launch of the 8 series signifies the end of the 6 Series range too. The 2-door Coupe already went out of production and soon, so will the Convertible and Gran Coupe models. That being said, it does make sense for BMW to create a BMW 8 Series Gran Coupe as a part of this revived range.

Unfortunately, the waiting game has started again for the production version of the 8 Series car. The road-legal version will not be as bold as the concept but the general design is expected to be the same. It is expected to arrive in 2019.
