If you want to know how the new BMW M2 sounds, check out the video below.
The shots were taken both in the open space and in the tunnels in Monaco. The sounds M2 produces while in the tunnel show the exhaust system in the best light.
It looks like BMW learns from the past mistakes. Unlike the M235i, the new M2 exhaust system comes with the special flap system. It still has the twin dual tailpipes (it’s an M car, after all), but it also features the electrically controlled flap that provides satisfying engine sounds many car enthusiasts love.
It doesn’t stop there. The owners can also choose to use the Driving Experience Contol switch and select desired driving mode with accompanying sound.
The engine in the new M2 is a 6-cylinder, 3.0-liter model that provides 370 HP and 343 lb-ft of torque.
