The electric hybrid BMW i8 Spyder Concept, 2012 Concept Vehicle of the Year Award winner, made its first auto show appearance since its world premiere at the Beijing auto show in April. Compared to the coupe version, the Spyder looks very sleek in person and most auto journalists found it impressive.
