2024 BMW X2 M35i Goes Bold with the All-Black Style

The 2024 BMW X2 (U10) has generated significant attention since its October debut. While its design sparks debates like many new BMWs, it’s undeniably bolder and more attractive than its predecessor. Fresh images, courtesy of Tim King (BMW UK), highlight the striking appearance of the U10 BMW X2. It looks especially captivating in its sleek all-black finish, ensuring it turns heads on and off the road.

The BMW X2 features a body coated in reliable Black Sapphire metallic paint, delivering a glossy appearance that enhances its overall aesthetics. This carefully planned configuration includes the kidney surrounds and nearly every external design element finished in the deepest available shade. The result is a captivating all-black appearance that enhances the vehicle’s style and commands attention. One noteworthy feature is the illuminated surround of the Iconic Glow kidneys, further enhancing the appeal of the BMW X2.

The BMW X2 is enhanced by its impressive 21-inch Y-spoke 874 M Bicolor light alloy wheels. These wheels, among the largest available for the new BMW X2, enhance its overall appearance and add to its commanding presence. Featuring a combination of high-sheen coatings and black paint, these wheels perfectly complement the M exterior mirrors. It also complements with the distinctive quad tailpipes at the rear and the blacked-out horizontal struts on the kidney grille. Speaking of the quad tailpipes, the new X2 M35i will have access to this feature. This was previously exclusive to full M models, similar to the X1 M35i.

The turbo four-cylinder B48 engine now packs 312 hp and 400 Nm of torque, thanks to a 48-volt electrical system. With this power, the BMW X2 M35i offers thrilling performance, going from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.4 seconds and reaching a top speed of 250 km/h. The top-of-the-line X2 M35i arrives in the US in March 2024, priced at $51,400.
