Here’s the 2023 BMW M8 Competition Coupe 50 Jahre Edition

To mark 50 years of M, BMW has promised to release 10 limited-edition models across India in 2022, and the seventh of those models has now arrived. Although not all previous releases have been true M vehicles, this one is. Individual paints for the M8 Competition Coupe include Daytona Beach Blue (special to the 50 Jahre Edition), Frozen Brilliant White, Frozen Marina Bay Blue, Frozen Deep Green, and Frozen Deep Grey in addition to the normal M Isle of Man Green, M Brooklyn Grey, and Aventurine Red.

The M Carbon exterior option makes its debut in the world’s second-most populous country on the limited-edition M8 Competition Coupe. BMW India’s Competition package gives the M8’s twin-turbo 4.4-liter engine 625 hp and 750 Nm. Thanks to its enhanced V8 engine, the high-performance coupe can reach 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds.

In addition to the dark kidney grille and M anniversary emblems, there are also 20-inch wheels finished in Jet Black. BMW’s M8 Competition Coupe’s interior has Merino leather, an Alcantara headliner, and M-logo seatbelts. Since it’s based on the new M8, it has a 12.3-inch infotainment system.

BMW India said just a limited quantity will be built. Extra options include a carbon engine cover, M Carbon ceramic brakes, bucket seats, and the M Driver’s Package. In the next months, we should see the debut of the remaining three models.
