Jeremy Clarkson, former Top Gear host and now host of “The Grand Tour”, says the BMW M2 is the best M car that any enthusiast can buy at the moment. Autotrader’s Doug DeMuro, another car enthusiast, agrees with what Clarkson said. So what really makes the BMW M2 is the best M car? Have a look:

The video above actually gives a very good summary of why the M2 is the best M car. On the top of the list is the car being super fun to drive. It is always impressive when you get behind the wheel and that’s something that people expect from a true M car.

On paper, the stats are not super impressive. It makes 365 hp from its 3.0 liter turbocharged I6 engine and sends it to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual. 0-60 mph is achieved in about 4.2 seconds and a top speed of 155 mph. Nothing too fancy, but it is in the driving where this car really excels.
