The brand-new F60-generation MINI Countryman made its world premiere yesterday. Want to see how much it changed compared to the old MINI R60 Countryman? Check out the photos below!
A lot of people were disappointed at the looks of the first generation Countryman. It looked odd because of its height and lack of design lines. The second generation has more character and ruggedness to it. It is muscular and looks interesting in the front fascia, while its older big brother has a front face so plain.
The new F60 Countryman looks like it has a lower stance but it is not actually lower. Its just its design lines doing the magic. It almost looks like an SUV!
Things have improved greatly in the rear. The older MINI Countryman did not have any design cues. The design of the taillights is a lot better, with a squarish, rugged look.
There’s a charm to this second generation Countryman that makes up for what was lost in the first generation. Great job, MINI!
