2015 BMW X5 by Hamann

Hamann reveals their tuning program for the new 2015 BMW X5. The F15 X5 gets several upgrades, both in style and power. The package begins with a wider body kit and a restyled front bumper which now incorporates LED daytime running lights. A fiberglass front lip with a clear-coated black finish is also available.

In the back, the sporty SUV gets a roof spoiler and also a redesigned rear bumper.

Hamann also offers a large selection of custom alloy wheels, in different sizes and finishes.

For the interior, there are typical Hamann aluminum-based finishes, like the pedals and foot rests. A custom set of floor mats is also included.

Under the hood is where the tuning program shines. The tri-turbo BMW X5 M50d model gets a power bump from 381 hp and 740 Nm to 434 hp and 830 Nm of torque. The sDrive25d and xDrive25d also get an output increase, 251 hp and 502 Nm, up from 218 hp and 450 Nm. The xDrive30d now outputs 295 hp and 605 Nm, up from 258 hp and 560 Nm.

The top of the range gasoline-powered xDrive50i model now delivers 490 hp and 707 Nm of torque, from 450 hp and 650 Nm of torque.

The xDrive35i model with its 3.0 liter six-cylinder engine delivers 348 hp and 450 Nm of torque.

The tuner says the power outputs were raised by remapping the ECU.
