BMW and lifestyle brand Kith have collaborated once more to create a limited-edition masterpiece, the BMW XM Kith Edition. Revealed at Art Basel Miami, this exclusive plug-in hybrid SUV pays homage to the legendary BMW M1 while redefining modern luxury. With only 47 units slated for production, this model is set to be a rare gem in the automotive world.
Finished in the bespoke BMW Individual Frozen Techno Violet paint, the XM Kith Edition exudes a striking presence. Black window graphics and accent stripes amplify its bold character, while unique purple-themed enhancements like LED-lit headlights and the Iconic Glow grille showcase the model’s innovative aesthetic. Completing its exterior allure, Jet Black 23-inch star-spoke alloy wheels with subtle purple accents add an unmistakable touch of elegance.
Performance-wise, the XM Kith Edition receives fine-tuned updates with lowered springs and a widened track for an enhanced driving experience. The front is lowered by 30mm, the rear by 35mm, and the track is extended by 40mm, offering both improved handling and an aggressive stance on the road.
The interior mirrors the exterior’s exclusivity, featuring illuminated door sills with a ‘1/47’ insignia, Merino leather upholstery, and bespoke Kith branding. Additional details, like velour mats and purple ambient lighting, create an immersive atmosphere of sophistication. Owners also receive a specially designed Kith duffle bag to store the car’s charging cables, tying together practicality with style.
Deliveries for the XM Kith Edition are expected in late 2025. With its unique design elements and tribute to BMW’s M heritage, this model seamlessly blends innovation and tradition, making it a collector’s dream.
